Posh and chic hotel, with complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Loved the on-site cafe for those refreshing snacks. Cons: Such a shame that the coffee shop/café was not serving unicorn lattes, I mean, who doesn't want a little extra sparkle in their morning coffee?

It's perfect for a chill vacation with your friends. We stayed with our bros and it was so great that we didn't even need extra beds for them. The hotel even had a complimentary shuttle to take us to awesome nearby spots like Wulinmen Wharf and Yunxi Zhujing Scenic Resort. And dude, they had these bikes that we could borrow for free, so we cruised around the area like total cool kids!

The only thing that could have made this hotel even more lit is if they had a banging party scene. Like, imagine if they had a sick pool party or a rad rooftop bar, that would have taken our trip to the next level.

Unique hotel, clean, polite staff, location to downtown Hangzhou stop closeby was wonderful. The room was new-fashioned and fine, had a laptop-size safe, cable TV, and a dining area, I liked it. Location: the venue was not far from a quiet park of the lake as well as the centre:)))

I stayed in this unique hotel for 2 days, had comfortable experience, enjoyed its favourable location close to the centre, the famous tourist spots, shopping streets, and transportation hubs and too many restaurants or kiosks next to the lake. The breakfast for non-Chinese food.

The hotel was perfect, fairly clean offered very very good breakfasts and had a beautiful location in the main lounge area. Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and a spectacular view.

Lovely stay at Yurong West Lake Cottage Resort Hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room had all the necessary toiletries. The small shop across the street was convenient for buying water. The reception girl was very nice and helpful, despite her limited English. The location was beautiful, with a pretty patio and friendly cats and squirrels. a good experience at a good price. I would recommend this hotel for its quiet and elegant ambiance.

The location of this hotel makes it ideal for exploring both the lake and nearby temples. The view of the lake is breathtaking, and guests can also enjoy the serene green area. The rooms are well-designed with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and heated floors - a lovely touch. The staff are friendly and helpful, with one reviewer singling out an exceptional English-speaking receptionist. Breakfast is typically Chinese, but still enjoyable with some western fusion options.

The hotel can be hard to access during the rush hour.

The hotel is located in a serene green area, close to major tourist attractions such as Lingyin Temple, Botanical Garden, and the West Lake. It's also near bus stops for easy transportation. The staff, especially Katherine, was very helpful and exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, warm floors, and cute swings. The hotel also provides a complimentary breakfast with simple options.

Beautiful location next to taxis at least as well as the open space/ garden between the rooms, it's secluded. Xihu district won't disappoint you.

The hotel had great complementary bikes to explore the nearby area that were a great way to explore more local Hangzhou. the peaceful surroundings also provided a relaxing break from the busy city center. the bed was huge and comfortable for a great night's sleep. the hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of a great local restaurant with delicious food.

While the hotel offered a nice breakfast, there were limited options available for non-Chinese guests. the bathroom was not the most private with a simple glass door separating it from the main room.

You don't even need to bring extra beds for the kids, because the rooms are spacious enough. Plus, there's a free shuttle that can take you to cool places like Wulinmen Wharf and the Yunxi Zhujing Scenic Resort. It's so convenient, you'll feel like a VIP!

The only thing that could make this hotel even more awesome for young party-goers like us is if they had a rooftop bar with live music. How cool would it be to chill with your friends, sipping on drinks, and dancing the night away while enjoying the incredible views of Hangzhou?
